This group is for all who are interested in pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. Parents, Doulas, CBEs, Midwives, Lactation Consultants, etc. This group is meant to be a local group for Sussex County, NJ and surrounding areas!

This group was formed to provide a meetup space for all contributers to empowering mothers, mothers to be, and families with informed information and services to provide a positive birthing experiance to all especially to those of color. … Holistic parenting is a catch-all term that can include, but is not limited to, attachment parenting, positive parenting, bed-sharing or co-sleeping, breastfeeding, baby wearing, cloth diapering, the use of alternative/complementary medicines, vaccine alternatives, child-directed weaning, elimination communication, natural birth, homebirth and the use of midwives or doulas.
